We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this remote role, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting administrative tasks, preparing invoices, managing accounts receivables, among others.

What will you be doing in this position?

  • Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time.
  • Manage accounts receivable, including tracking payments and sending reminders.
  • Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies.
  • Process payments from clients and vendors.
  • Balance accounts payable and receivable.
  • Manage expense reports and petty cash.
  • Issue and reconcile payment reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for management.

What do we need from you?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering (or currently enrolled in a relevant program).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a financial or administrative role.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Experience with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) a plus.
