We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team. This remote position involves contacting a list of pre-defined businesses within the South Florida area, with the primary goal of setting appointments for our sales representatives to discuss their shredding needs. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a knack for persuasive conversation.

What will you be doing in this position?
- Proactively contact businesses from a provided list to set appointments for sales consultations.
- Utilize our CRM system for scheduling appointments and tracking communications.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of appointment details.
- Achieve and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services and compliance standards to effectively communicate with potential clients.
What do we need from you?
- Proven experience in a sales or appointment setting role.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and telephony tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
