We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creation and Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about content creation, digital marketing, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will support various marketing initiatives, including social media content creation, copywriting, video editing, email marketing, and blog writing.

What will you be doing in this position?

  • Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and videos that align with our brand’s voice and marketing goals.
  • Copywriting: Write compelling copy for social media posts, advertisements, email campaigns, and blog articles.
  • Video Editing: Edit video content for social media, advertisements, and other digital platforms, ensuring high-quality production standards.
  • Thumbnail Design: Create eye-catching thumbnails for videos and social media posts to increase engagement and visibility.
  • Email Marketing: Pull, clean, and manage mailing lists to ensure accurate and effective email marketing campaigns.
  • Blog Writing: Research and write informative and engaging blog posts that provide value to our audience and enhance our SEO efforts.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating with other team members to ensure timely delivery.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, organizing files, and tracking project progress.

What do we need from you?

  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and list management.
  • Basic knowledge digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions.

Would be a plus if you have…

  • Previous experience in a similar role or digital marketing.
  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Highly creative with a strong ability to create engaging and visually appealing
    publications.
  • Proficiency in managing Adobe programs (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,
    Adobe Premiere Pro).
