We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our clients virtual team. This role is crucial for entering client information, accident reports, and legal documents into our firm’s database from physical and digital sheets. The Data Entry Specialist ensures that all information is entered accurately, consistently, and on time to support the firm's case management process.

What will you be doing in this position?

  • Accurately enter and update client information, accident details, and case-related documents into the firm’s database.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with care.
  • Organize and categorize large volumes of data from various sources including physical documents, spreadsheets, and digital records.
  • Cross-check and verify data for accuracy, ensuring completeness before submission.
  • Regularly update and correct any discrepancies in the system.
  • Communicate with the legal team to clarify data inconsistencies or missing information.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure the accuracy and security of all data entries.
  • Assist in generating periodic reports and maintaining organized digital records.

What do we need from you?

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar role (preferably in legal or administrative support).
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with data entry software, spreadsheets (Excel), and legal database systems is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Confidentiality and respect for handling sensitive client data.
  • Reliable internet connection and computer setup to support remote work.
