We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgable Immigration Attorney, it will involve client consultations, case reviews, filing applications, drafting legal documents, and research.

What will you be doing in this position?
Providing expert advice and guidance on a variety of immigration matters.
Representing individuals, families, and businesses before immigration authorities.
Drafting, reviewing, and submitting immigration applications and pleadings.
Keeping up with changes in immigration law and procedure.
Conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda.
Assisting in the development and implementation of case strategies.
Participating in consultations with potential clients.
The Immigration Attorney will report to and be directly accountable to the Legal Manager.
What do we need from you?
Bachelor's Degree in Law.
1-3 years of experience in immigration law.
Ability to use case management software and common office software like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Experience with remote work and digital collaboration tools.
