Job Summary:

We are seeking a self-motivated and results-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our remote team. The Junior Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. The successful candidate will support the Senior Account Managers in achieving revenue targets and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Assist in generating new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Account Managers to create strategic account plans.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities.
  • Assist in contract negotiations, renewals, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a remote team environment.
