Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Junior Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. The Junior Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining positive customer relationships and upholding the reputation of our organization.


  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and thorough information about products/services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues or escalations.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of products/services and stay updated with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new customer service representatives as needed.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
  • Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
