What will you be doing in this position?
- Draft and file crucial legal documents, including discovery motions and discovery requests.
- Respond to discovery requests efficiently, utilizing online client responses.
- Conduct thorough legal research and contribute to case strategy development.
- Prepare cases for trial, supporting various trial preparation aspects to ensure readiness.
- Facilitate communication among clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Assist in discovery and ensure witness preparation for trial.
What do we need from you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of personal injury law and litigation procedures.
- Exceptional English speaking and written communication skills.
- Independent and collaborative working capabilities.
