We are seeking a Part-Time Marketing Assistant to temporarily fill in for an employee on maternity leave. This is a 4-month contract role critical to maintaining the marketing operations of the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a specific focus on designing slide decks using Canva. This role plays a vital part in supporting ongoing marketing presentations and internal communications.

What will you be doing in this position?
- Create visually engaging and branded slide decks using Canva.
- Assist the marketing team with day-to-day administrative and creative tasks.
- Support campaign preparation and execution through materials and content coordination.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing collateral and presentation materials.
- Maintain consistency in branding across all visual materials.
- Collaborate with other team members to gather content for slides and presentations.
- Review and proofread all materials for grammar, spelling, and formatting accuracy to ensure high-quality, client-ready deliverables.
What do we need from you?
- Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or in a similar creative marketing support role.
- Strong proficiency in Canva with an eye for visual design and brand alignment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
