We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Manager to develop, implement, and manage our clients' paid search and digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving significant results through strategic campaign management, optimization, and analysis. The PPC Manager will be responsible for maximizing ROI, improving online visibility, and achieving client objectives within budget.

What will you be doing in this position?

  • Campaign Strategy & Development:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies across various platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and others.
    • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for campaign success.
    • Plan, create, and implement campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max.
    • Structure and manage campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Campaign Management & Optimization:
    • Manage and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, bid adjustments, ad copy optimization, and landing page analysis.
    • Continuously monitor campaign budgets and performance to ensure efficient spending and optimal results.
    • Implement and utilize advanced bidding strategies to maximize conversions and minimize costs.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Analysis & Reporting:
    • Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
    • Communicate effectively with clients regarding campaign performance, progress, and recommendations.
    • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website traffic, conversions, and other relevant metrics.
  • Client & Team Collaboration:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their PPC campaigns.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., SEO, content, web development) to ensure campaign alignment and achieve overall marketing goals.

What do we need from you?

  • Education and Certifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Certification in Google Ads is required.
    • Certification in Meta Ads or similar is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Proven track record of a minimum of 3 years as the primary manager of successful Google Ads campaigns.
    • Experience in building and managing Google Ads Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max campaigns.
    • Experience managing Google LSA and Microsoft Ads accounts is a plus.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • High level of intelligence and initiative.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • English fluency is required.
    • Spanish fluency is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
    • Experience with bid management tools.
    • Strong Excel skills.
    • Experience with other PPC platforms (e.g., Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus.
