  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and strategic partners. Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, address concerns, and propose tailored solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Generate accurate sales forecasts, reports, and sales performance dashboards. Provide regular updates to senior management, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations.
  6. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Share market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  7. Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes, methodologies, and tools to drive efficiency, productivity, and customer-centric selling. Identify automation opportunities and leverage technology to streamline sales operations.
  8. Industry and Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging sales techniques. Continuously enhance knowledge of the company's products/services to effectively position and differentiate them in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CSE, SMM, Sandler Sales Training) are preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets in a remote work environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a remote sales team.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
