Remote Social Media Manager

The Remote Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. 4. Social Media Advertising: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions. Monitor campaign performance, optimize targeting, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
5. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, and conversion rates. Generate regular reports to provide insights into the effectiveness of social media efforts and recommend strategies for improvement.
6. Influencer Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with relevant influencers and brand advocates. Collaborate with influencers to create authentic content and amplify brand messaging to targeted audiences.
7. Trend Analysis and Industry Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
8. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and content teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance cross-channel integration and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing) are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, successfully managing social media platforms and driving engagement and growth.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their respective best practices.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
• Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads) and campaign optimization techniques.
