This is your chance to work a Sales Agent. You will be working for an international company, helping them contact leads in order to offer them the company’s services/products and answer any questions they may have. You will also be providing Administrative support by performing appointment-setting tasks.

What will you be doing in this position?

  • Manage outbound/inbound calls.
  • Perform follow-ups via email/phone calls.
  • Manage emails.
  • You will be performing administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, research, etc.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

What do we need from you?

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, Telemarketer, Sales Agent, or Cold Caller.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Experience using Asana / Slack, would be desirable.
  • Able to keep a record of leads on a computer system/CRM.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
