What will you be doing in this position?
Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Set up meetings with prospective clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Make follow ups either to candidates and clients of active positions.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams and candidates if it's needed.
What do we need from you?
Proven experience as a Salesperson, Sales Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Fast learner with a passion for sales.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
High school diploma; BS/BA degree or equivalent is a plus.
