Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer to join our remote team. As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for translating design mock-ups into interactive and engaging user interfaces. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of front-end development technologies, frameworks, and best practices. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Translate design mock-ups and wireframes into responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality front-end solutions.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement and maintain front-end coding standards and best practices.
• Ensure accessibility standards are met and adhere to web accessibility guidelines.
• Conduct performance optimization and monitor web application performance.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex front-end issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior front-end developers, fostering their technical growth and skills development.
• Collaborate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainable code quality.
• Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies, trends, and industry advancements.
• Contribute to architectural discussions, technical decision-making, and solution design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development or a similar role.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong understanding of responsive web design, UI/UX principles, and front-end development best practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative coding tools.
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards and best practices.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
