The Virtual Marketing Director will implement effective strategies to drive our outreach and corporate development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance and M&A, combined with a strong understanding of using various digital tools to optimize our networking and outreach efforts. This role demands expertise in finance, marketing, and social media management, with a special emphasis on using LinkedIn and Instagram.

What will you be doing in this position?

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies designed to increase our market presence and augment our operational growth.
  • Leverage digital tools such as HubSpot, RocketReach, Lucia, and Apollo to optimize outreach and client engagement.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence on LinkedIn and replicate strategies on Instagram.
  • Use marketing strategies to promote our financial services, taking into account the unique needs of M&A and investment banking firms.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' approaches.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to align marketing strategies with financial goals.
  • Develop a content calendar and oversee the creation of relevant content.
  • Implement effective lead generation and client retention strategies.

What do we need from you?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing roles within finance companies or M&A firms.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, RocketReach, Lucia, and Apollo.
  • Experience in managing social media accounts, mainly LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish languages is crucial for effectively engaging with diverse markets in both Mexico and the U.S.
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
